BLAST Fit is a boxing and fitness studio training in a marquee at Pitshanger FC on Argyle Road, Ealing. Founder Matt Hirst opened it in 2021; it offers adult boxing classes, personal training, group strength and HIIT sessions and junior boxing for ages 5 to 15.
